Polishing your rim (bugger off you dirty gits, the edge of the wheel) is popular with racers who often have to change tyres a lot, apart from doing that I think it's tacky

Getting the wheels sent off to be painted today. Metallic blue, preferably the same colur or near enough match to the bikes colour (YC2 Blue)

This is what the wheels i bought look like atm lol

dont like that colour good job you getting them coated lol

also £20 a wheel were i get my stuff done and its blasted as well that just like black white, but i have mine gold and should be £25 each but i still get them for £20 as we take so much stuff to him lol

yea def powdercoated, i had my car wheels done, and still look new. Actually whilst i'm here, anyone know if chrome can be powdercoated?!

Good luck with the powdercoating tho mate, any wheel spankin new always looks good... Its just keeping them looking like it is the hard bit lol

True mate thats why these are summer wheels and then when winter comes... The old eroded wheels are going back on

Ahh i see, what about tyres tho? spose it makes sense to have a set of tyres that you know will grip well in the wet, although im sure all tyres now grip well in most conditions? how long was you told they will take?

Im just swapping the disc n tyres straight over for now and then when i get my money up, il be a set of tyres that are good for the winter.

The guy said give them a week turn around time for the wheels which is ok

Wheels are finished, getting them fitted this weekend. The phone camera doesnt catch the quality of it, it shines in like 3 different tints and aint far off the colour of the bike.

I almost turned the wheels to a white colour with my sex piss.
